Returnering

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To return goods the customer needs to fill out the return form that have been enclosed with the delivery. 

The customer has the right to return new unworn or unused goods within 14 days of delivery. 
Goods should be returned with all original labels on (labels must not have been taken off). 
In order to comply with the 14-days-period, it shall be sufficient for the products in question to have been 
dispatched as new and unused within this period.

BeChristensen will not pay for any shipping costs related to returned goods.

To prevent fraud we will only refund to the credit card/account that was used to place the order. 

EXCHANGES

BeChristensen will exchange goods to other sizes, models or colours within 14 days from the date of delivery.
However, if you wish to exchange a product, and if you don't have the possibility to visit our physical store,
please send a mail to shop@bechristensen.com and we will help you with the proces.

WARRANTY

According to Danish law BeChristensen will give a two-year guarentee covering manufacturing mistakes.
General wear a tear, mususe etc. is not covered. Please see the product folder that you have received with your
package for more info.
